All orders ship from the Miami Beach Bum warehouse located in Little Haiti, Miami.
Customers can choose from USPS & UPS at checkout. We also offer DHL as an international option.
We ship internationally. However, it is up to the customer to cover the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 21 days for your product to be delivered.

From plant ingredients to post consumer waste packaging our supply chain is 100% within the United States. We blend and package in our hometown of Miami.
Yes our products are both cruelty-free and vegan. We do not source ingredients from animals nor do we test on animals at any stage of product development, and we only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. Proudly, our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, an internationally recognized certification for cruelty-free companies.
All of our products are good for 12 months from the date of opening.

We're sorry you didn't love your Miami Beach Bum. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the products you would like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Don’t worry—Miami Beach Bum packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
We want you to be happy, so please email email@example.com, up to 30 days from delivery date for a full refund. Also, please drop us a line if your order is missing or was damaged at the time of delivery, we will happily reship.
