SHIPPING

All orders ship within 1 business day and often go out the same day if you order before 12pm EST on a weekday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, processing starts the following Monday.

At this time we only ship within the United States. However, you can place international orders through our retail partner: Revolve.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via help@miamibeachbum.com. We can give you the inside info.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Oh no! We may not be able to cancel or modify this order if it’s already been packed or in transit, but please email us ASAP at help@miamibeachbum.com. We usually can make changes within 1-2 hours of placing your order.

All other items and orders are final sale at the time of placing your order.

Please drop us a line if your order is missing or was damaged at the time of delivery. If your order arrived damaged please email us with your order information and photos of the damage, we will happily reship! Please reach out to help@miamibeachbum.com.

Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (miamibeachbum.com) or in our retail store. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, per the retailer’s return policy.
